Pumpkin Patch Cheese Ball

Ingredients:
2 - 8 oz blocks of extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
2 - 8 oz tubs of chive and onion cream cheese
2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp ground red pepper
1 head of broccoli, including the stalk
assorted crackers

Directions:
Combine cheddar cheese, cream cheese and spices in a bowl until well blended.  Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or until mixture is firm enough to be shaped.  Shape mixture in a ball that resembles the shape of a pumpkin.  Cut a piece of the broccoli stalk that resembles a pumpkin stem and place on top the cheese ball.  Serve with broccoli florets and crackers.
